Questions people ask before ordering

Which colour should I choose?

Beige disappears inside lighter shoes and black inside darker ones. Neither is visible once the shoe is on, so pick whichever matches the shoes you wear most.

Will they stay stuck?

Yes, on a clean and dry surface. Wipe the inside of the heel first and press the pad down firmly for a few seconds before wearing the shoe.

Can I move them to another pair of shoes?

They are designed to stay in one pair. The adhesive is strong, so peeling them off and resticking them repeatedly will weaken it. That is why most people order a set per pair of shoes.

How do the free pairs work?

Choose a bundle, pick a colour for each pair, and the free pairs are discounted automatically in the cart. You do not need a code. Buy 2 and the third pair is free; buy 3 and the fourth and fifth are free.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched in 1 to 2 business days, then delivered in roughly 8 to 11 business days door to door, anywhere in South Africa. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Email us within 30 days and we will refund you in full. No arguing, no hoops.
