Which size should I choose?

Pick your normal UK shoe size. Each insole is trimmable, so if you land between sizes take the larger one and cut it down along the guide line at the toe.

Will they fit my shoes?

Yes for almost anything with a removable insole: trainers, work boots, formal shoes, school shoes. Take the existing insole out first, use it as a template, and trim the ActiveFlex to match.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched in 1 to 2 days, then delivered in roughly 8 to 11 days door to door, anywhere in South Africa. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

How does the buy 3, get 1 free deal work?

Choose the four-pair bundle, pick a size and colour for each pair, and the discount for the fourth pair is applied automatically at checkout. You do not need a code.

Can I order different sizes in one bundle?

Yes. Every pair in a bundle gets its own size and colour, so you can order one for yourself and one for someone else in the same order.

How long do they last?

With normal daily wear, ActiveFlex insoles typically last 12+ months, often longer, depending on how intensively you use them. Hand washing and air drying will extend their lifespan.

What if they are not right for me?
