How do I use them?

Wash and dry the nail, peel the patch, press it flat over the nail and leave it on overnight. Remove it in the morning and use a fresh one the next night.

How long until I see a difference?

Nails grow slowly. A toenail takes roughly 6 to 12 months to grow out completely, so what you are watching for is healthier new growth coming through at the base rather than an overnight change. That is why consistency matters more than anything else, and why most people order more than one pack.

Is this a medicine?
